JASON R. ANDERSON
“THE WAY TO GET STARTED IS TO QUIT TALKING AND BEGIN DOING.”
~ WALT DISNEY
I’m Jason, born in 1982 in Rochester, NY and the youngest of ten children. From an early age, I developed a strong work ethic—starting my first job at 13 and enlisting in the United States Air Force at 17. My first active duty station was RAF Mildenhall in the United Kingdom, where the events of 9/11 reshaped the course of my military career and perspective on life.

During my service, I discovered my entrepreneurial drive, launching a small business installing car stereos on base. After receiving an honorable discharge in 2005, I moved to Dallas, where I met my beautiful wife, Claire. Together, we’ve built a life centered on family, faith, and new experiences, living in cities such as Los Angeles and Dallas before settling home in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Today, my greatest joy comes from raising our two daughters, Ella Grace and Mila, and honoring the legacy of our son Preston. We love spending time outdoors, taking advantage of all that South Florida has to offer. Guided by my faith in God, I strive to live with purpose, resilience, and gratitude in both our family life and my professional endeavors.

“I’M NOT SUPERSTITIOUS, BUT I AM A LITTLE STITIOUS.”
~ MICHAEL SCOTT
I began my career in real estate in 2007, just before the market crash, and by 2011 had built a network of nearly 200 agents. During that time, I was honored to be recognized on both Forbes 30 Under 30 and Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30 lists.

In 2012, I joined United Franchise Group, where I now lead the Vast brand. My passion lies in creating, innovating, and scaling businesses—roles that allow me to thrive as a consultant and franchisor rather than as a franchisee.

As a leader and lifelong learner, I excel at simplifying complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies. My ENTP personality, paired with a focus on growth through tools like CliftonStrengths, continues to shape my approach to leadership, strategy, and building strong teams.

“Our greatest fear should not be of failure … but of succeeding at things in life that don’t really matter.”

As a lifelong learner, I have pursued a diverse educational path that blends technical, business, and leadership training:

My professional and personal journey has been shaped by resilience, adaptability, and a drive for continuous growth. I joined the United States Air Force in 2000, where I served honorably before transitioning into civilian life and building my career in Dallas, Texas.

Since then, my wife and I have embraced opportunities to live and work in multiple states. Each move has broadened our perspective and strengthened our family’s foundation, ultimately leading us to West Palm Beach, Florida, where we now call home.
“WHEN YOU GROW UP YOU TEND TO GET TOLD THAT THE WORLD IS THE WAY IT IS AND YOUR LIFE IS JUST TO LIVE YOUR LIFE INSIDE THE WORLD. TRY NOT TO BASH INTO THE WALLS TOO MUCH. TRY TO HAVE A NICE FAMILY LIFE, HAVE FUN, SAVE A LITTLE MONEY. THAT’S A VERY LIMITED LIFE. LIFE CAN BE MUCH BROADER ONCE YOU DISCOVER ONE SIMPLE FACT: EVERYTHING AROUND YOU THAT YOU CALL LIFE WAS MADE UP BY PEOPLE THAT WERE NO SMARTER THAN YOU. AND YOU CAN CHANGE IT, YOU CAN INFLUENCE IT… ONCE YOU LEARN THAT, YOU’LL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN.”
